Position Summary



The Junior HR Executive will provide essential support to the Human Resources department across a spectrum of operational and administrative functions. This entry-level role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to launch their career in HR. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and delivering a positive employee experience from onboarding onwards.

Key Responsibilities



HR Administration & Operations:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital (HRIS) and physical filing systems. Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and termination paperwork. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in the generation of standard and ad-hoc HR reports for management review (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance).

Talent Acquisition Support:



Coordinate the recruitment scheduling process, including arranging interviews and communicating with candidates. Assist with initial resume screening and candidate sourcing to build a robust talent pipeline. Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions, ensuring completion of paperwork, and preparing onboarding materials.

Compliance & Policy Management:



Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist in the audit and maintenance of I-9 forms and other compliance-related documentation. Help disseminate and educate employees on company policies and the employee handbook.

Employee Engagement & Support:



Provide logistical support for HR initiatives and programs, including performance reviews, training sessions, and employee engagement events. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by addressing employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills



Required:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role; relevant internships will be considered. Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
