Junior HR Executive will be responsible for playing a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a productive work environment. They are responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Conduct on boarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company culture and processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflicts.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance.
Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits administration, and employee insurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus & preferred.
Proven experience working in HR roles, preferably in the IT industry.
Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
