. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
-- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals
, and other channels.
Conduct
initial HR screening
to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural).
Coordinate
interviews, feedback
.
Maintain and update
candidate databases
and recruitment trackers.
Assist in
employee onboarding and documentation
processes.
Support HR operations and other administrative activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR or related field).
1-2 years of experience
in
IT recruitment
(mandatory).
Good understanding of
technical roles, skills, and hiring trends
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
