Junior HR Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support attendance, payroll, and compliance processes. Contribute to engagement and training activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
