Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter and Admin with 1 year of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, support HR-related administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth within the human resources field.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Support:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics. Maintain recruitment databases and update candidate status in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other outreach activities.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and collecting necessary paperwork. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR correspondence, managing HR filing systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Support in managing employee benefits, attendance, and leave records. Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Employee Relations Support:

Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and general workplace matters. Help maintain a positive and engaging work environment by supporting team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

Support the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives. Assist in maintaining HR-related documentation and compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matters.

Qualifications:



Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles. Exposure to recruitment platforms and ATS is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
