o Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
o Handle site coordination for HR-related activities and support smooth communication between HO and sites.
o Track and monitor attendance across sites and coordinate with respective teams for updates.
o Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as employee queries, documentation, and record management.
o Prepare and issue various HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.) under guidance of senior.
o Ensure timely closure of pending HR issues by coordinating with senior.

MBA/PGDM/HR/Industrial Relations
