We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employee and external HR-related queries while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
Update and manage HR databases (attendance, leaves, etc.)
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding materials, and company policy manuals
Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies
Coordinate with external partners such as insurance providers and consultants
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR standards
Generate regular HR reports and presentations (e.g., attrition, leave summaries)
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
Provide accurate employee data for payroll processing
Manage travel bookings and employee reimbursement claims
Support HR activities such as job fairs, employee engagement events, and wellness initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an HR Executive, HR Administrator, or similar role
Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
