Role Overview:
We are looking hire 2 HR interns that we can internally train & groom for senior roles.
We would like to interview interns with atleast 1 other internship experience of a minimum of 3 months & understands Generalist role as well as Recruitment, including Job Postings, Calling for interviews etc.
Bonus points for candidates who can manage core HR operations, Payroll & contribute to building a professional & engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
These are some of the immediate responsibilities & they will increase / alter as per time & experience -
1. Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews & completing onboarding formalities.
Onboarding formalities will include -
Preparation of s
Short-listing & interviewing candidates
Preparation of Offer & Appointment Letters
Conducting comprehensive Induction & Orientation sessions, as well as training on official policies such as Data Security, POSH & other company protocols.
2. Accurately maintain monthly payroll / leave records as well as attendance data using HR systems & tools.
3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity & other legal & labor compliances in coordination with external consultants.
4. Assist in designing and executing HR initiatives like Reward & Recognition programs, employee engagement activities etc.
5. Act as a point of contact for employee relations by conducting grievance resolution meetings & ensuring a professional, empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
6. Conduct detailed exit interviews and generate comprehensive reports for management insights & analysis.
7. Independently coordinate with engineering colleges across India to organize campus placement drives and be willing to travel nationally at short notice for interviews and events.
8. Handle internal and external communications, emails, and documentation with minimal intervention from senior management.
9. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and trackers using MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills to ensure the role is performed efficiently and in alignment with the latest HR practices and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Non-negotiable Skills:
MBA in HR
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Strong MS Office skills (Advanced Excel is a must)
Knowledge of Indian employment laws & HR compliance
Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to handle responsibilities independently
Professional, well-dressed & empathetic toward both employee & business needs
