Job Description

An HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy compliance, training, KRA implementation, payroll, and benefits administration. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee lifecycle processes, handling grievances, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies. Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring. Develop and implement HR strategies, training, and development programs. Maintain accurate HR records and oversee payroll and benefits administration. Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution. Support managers and employees with HR guidance. Negotiate labor contracts and manage employee wellness programs. Conduct performance evaluations and employee recognition programs.
Typical Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Experience in HR functions and familiarity with labor laws. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
