Key Responsibilities:
Support
end-to-end recruitment
activities -- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist in
attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
Help organize
employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal events.
Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are properly followed.
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and data summaries as required.
Collaborate with other departments for smooth HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
