Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisal processes and provide support for employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Customer Support
Customer Communication:
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about our food products, their preparation, and our company policies.
Customer Feedback Analysis:
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our products and services.
