Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening and interview coordination.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Support HR managers in various administrative tasks and projects.
Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
Participate in the organization of employee engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and should have an excellent typing speed.
Should be willing to travel as and when required.
