Responsibility
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and related documentation.
Support on boarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS / personnel files.
Manage leave and attendance records.
Assist in preparation of HR letters (experience, confirmation, transfer, etc.)
Assist in collation of attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.
Support in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Help in preparing reports required by management or government authorities
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Support implementation of HR initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or MBA in HR .
0-2 years of experience in HR or internships in HR functions.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
