Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Assist in payroll processing and maintaining attendance records.
Coordinate with various departments regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support in employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and training programs.
Assist in handling employee queries and grievances under supervision.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
0-1 years of relevant experience in HR or administration.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
