Role Overview
As a Junior HR Recruiter cum Intern, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment for sales, warehouse, merchandising, e-commerce, accounts, and support functions. This role offers exposure to white-collar as well as field-level hiring in a fast-moving trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Monster), social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads (Sales, Merchandising, Supply Chain, E-commerce, etc.).
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers on a daily basis.
Extend offers, prepare offer letters/appointment letters, and complete joining documentation.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate basic background verification.
Assist in bulk hiring for warehouse executives, delivery partners, and seasonal sales promoters.
Partner with placement consultants and manpower agencies for volume roles.
Participate in campus recruitment from fashion/retail/management institutes (NIFT, FDII, Pearl Academy, WGANR, etc.) when planned.
Support onboarding, induction programs, and basic employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in HR MIS reporting and monthly recruitment dashboards.
