Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees.
Participate in organizing company events and career days.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Support various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in HR or a relevant role.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
