Junior HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources with exposure to both people and process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate databases.
Support onboarding processes - collecting documents, creating employee profiles, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers..
Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and other documentation.
Handle day-to-day office administration tasks - stationery, vendor coordination, and office upkeep.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
Address employee queries and provide administrative support where needed.
