Designation:-

Junior HR Executive

Location:-

Ahmedabad, ( Local male candidate preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be well-organized, and capable of handling multiple HR support functions including recruitment coordination, documentation, induction, and administrative responsibilities.

Reporting to:-

Head HR

Position reporting into this role:-

None

Key Result Areas:-



1) Interview Coordination:

Schedule and block calendars for interviews by coordinating with candidates and interview panels.

2) Documentation Management:

Handle pre-joining and post-joining documentation including verification and filing. Maintain and organize employee documents via Google Drive and company HR systems.

3) Interview Follow-ups:

Maintain regular follow-ups on pending interview rounds and candidate status updates.

4) Feedback Collection:

Collect feedback on interviewed candidates from the management and maintain records.

5) Induction & Onboarding:

Assist in planning and executing induction programs for new joiners.

6) Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative tasks and assist in office coordination activities.

7) Support to HR Head:

Provide assistance to the HR Head and take up tasks as assigned by the HOD.

8) Communication:

Maintain professional and clear communication with candidates and internal teams.

9) Language Proficiency:

Must have a strong command over English (spoken and written).

10) Personality:

Soft-spoken, courteous, and approachable in nature.

Educational Qualification:-

Any Graduates in commerce background, BBA/MBA in HR will given priority

Required Skills:-



Excellent written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Attention to detail and time management Positive attitude and willingness to learn Knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) etc Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Work Experience:-

Till 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
