- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits

- Assist in HR policy development and documentation

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Industry Exposure: Familiarity with IT/eCommerce domains is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of technical recruitment and talent retention practices
