Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in managing day-to-day human resources operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow in HR, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Help with employee engagement activities and HR events.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and other administrative HR tasks.
Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in HR tasks.
