Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and manage documentation for technical and non-technical hires.
HRIS Management:
Maintain accurate employee data, update records, and generate reports using
Zoho People
.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Ensure a smooth transition for new hires (orientation, paperwork) and manage exit procedures.
Employee Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and leave.
Engagement:
Help coordinate internal communication and employee engagement activities.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in an HR role or internship.
Familiarity with Zoho People is a strong plus.
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office and experience using an HRIS/HRM system.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
