Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, and HR Operations
. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support end-to-end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling
statutory compliances
such as PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, etc.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labour laws.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions).
Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, reports, and MIS.
Assist in recruitment activities -- job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
Handle employee onboarding & exit formalities.
Support HR team in drafting letters, notices, circulars, and internal communications.
Maintain discipline, grievance handling support, and basic employee engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or related field.
Knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance is mandatory.
Basic understanding of HR operations & documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience
1-2 years
of experience in HR
