Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records (digital and physical).
Support issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, HR letters).
3. Attendance, Leave & HRMIS
Support attendance and leave management.
Update HR MIS, trackers, and reports accurately and regularly.
4. Employee Engagement & Coordination
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Act as a point of coordination between employees and management for HR-related queries.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
Assist in implementing HR policies and internal SOPs.
Support statutory and compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, labor records) under guidance.
Qualification & Experience
Education:
Master's Degree in Human Resources.
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of HR experience
(exposure beyond recruitment is mandatory).
Skills:
Basic understanding of HR operations & employee lifecycle
Strong documentation and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
Good written and verbal communication
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
