Responsibilities:
Help with job postings and scheduling interviews.
Assist with new employee onboarding and paperwork.
Maintain employee records and files.
Answer basic HR-related questions.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or similar experience).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
