Job Description

The Junior HR Officer will assist with basic HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general HR support. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in human resources

Responsibilities:

Help with job postings and scheduling interviews. Assist with new employee onboarding and paperwork. Maintain employee records and files. Answer basic HR-related questions. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or similar experience). Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
