Conduct background verification for new hires.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and other employee documentation.
Assist in workstation readiness and joining formalities.
Handle HRMS login setup and upload employee records digitally.
Perform biometric registration and maintain digital employee files.
Interview & Induction Coordination
Coordinate and escort candidates for interviews (as backup support).
Arrange logistics for onboarding sessions, HR events, and meetings.
Support the HR Officer during onboarding and HR initiatives.
Employee Support & HRMS Management
Maintain employee shift rosters and HRMS mapping (e.g., HROne).
Assist employees with HRMS setup, password resets, and app navigation.
Respond to employee HR-related queries promptly.
