Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, personal files).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help coordinate training sessions and HR-related events.
Assist in preparing HR documents like employment contracts and policy updates.
Office Administration:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support in filing, scanning, and documentation tasks.
Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
0-2 years of relevant experience in HR or office administration.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
