Job Description

Job Summary: Seeking a versatile Administrative & IT Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support and manage various IT tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and efficient technology utilization across the organization.

Responsibilities:



1. Provide administrative support: scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.

2. Manage office operations: supplies, equipment, facilities, and cleanliness.

3. Develop/administer policies and procedures for workflow optimization.

4. Handle IT inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain hardware/software.

5. Manage user accounts, data security, and compliance with IT policies.

6. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and negotiate contracts.

7. Assist in IT projects: upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.

8. Provide training and support on software applications and IT systems.

9. Stay updated on emerging technologies for organizational efficiency.

10. Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

11. Visit Company Warehouses to ensure all administrative and IT queries are resolved.

? Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes.

? Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.

? Employment Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to build company work culture by means of celebrations, festivals, annual conferences, meets, dinners etc.

? Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.

? Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

? HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain HR policies and procedures (e.g. PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Leave Pay, MLWF)

? Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing (Attendance, Biometrics, FNFs, Salary Calculations)

? Performance Evaluation: Design and implement performance evaluation processes, providing feedback and support to managers and employees.

? Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:



1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience in administrative support roles.

3. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and TALLY Prime.

4. Knowledge of networking principles and IT security best practices.

5. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:



1. Certification in TALLY PRIME or TALLY ERP.
