We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an HR cum Admin Executive. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in both HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be eager to contribute, learn quickly, and support various organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Assist in posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
Help with onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and assist in documentation.
Support attendance and leave tracking.
Help organize employee engagement activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Administration:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Support in organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure basic facility upkeep.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist in filing and record-keeping.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
