to manage human resources operations and office administration for our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, and general office management to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Functions
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in preparing monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Support training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Administrative Functions
Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for staff.
Maintain office documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Support management in event coordination and internal communications.
Ensure adherence to safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles (preferably in a corporate or regional office setup).
Excellent communication (English & Malayalam), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and independently.
