Handling the cycle of Recruitment. (Preparing , Posting of job, Coordinating with Placement Consultants, Arranging Interviews and Coordinating the interview with the respective department) Taking Care of Joining Formalities & Onboarding Activities
Coordinating with the Statutory Compliance Vendor for all staff queries
Drafting different types of letters (for example: Appointment Letters, Confirmation/Increment letters, Warning letters, Relieving Letters etc)
Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances if any.
Handling the exit formalities (Form filling, Submission of Office properties)
Basic Understanding of salary components.
Admin Related work - Handling Stationaries, Office Equipment's AMC etc
Fluent Communication is a must!
The job involves handling hiring, making sure we follow the law, managing office tasks and helping the Senior HR with daily work.
