Maintain employee records and databases in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
Assist with the recruitment cycle and selection process on a daily basis.
Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other essential documentation.
Generate HR-related reports and analytics for senior management and HR leadership.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for HR and administrative functions, keeping all documentation current and compliant with company policies.
Organize orientation sessions and provide resources to new employees to facilitate their smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
Coordinate and support the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, ensuring all exit formalities are completed efficiently and on time.
Assist in managing payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Provide mentoring and guidance to new hires and colleagues to promote professional development and foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements and qualifications:
Any BBA Graduate or MBA in HR with 2 to 4 years of experience in the HR & Admin domain.
Must have good organizational skills with good problem solving behavior.
Excellent in communication skills - Oral, Written
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
