Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, hardware, networks, printers, and other related equipment.
Support troubleshooting activities and help resolve system or network-related issues.
Help in network installation tasks, including LAN/WAN setup, routers, switches, and cabling, under the guidance of senior staff.
Monitor network connectivity and performance, and report any irregularities.
Maintain and update records of IT assets, hardware, and network components.
Assist in performing regular data backup and recovery operations.
Provide user support and technical assistance both on-site and remotely.
Collaborate with senior IT professionals on infrastructure setup and maintenance projects.
Contribute to IT documentation and maintain accurate logs of updates and maintenance work.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking devices (routers, switches, cables, etc.).
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Understanding of LAN/WAN setup, IP addressing, and networking protocols will be an advantage.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Experience:
Preferably candidates with 6 months of experience or basic practical exposure in hardware and networking.
