Qualification Requirements or Equivalent: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
Budget: 2.7 to 3 LPA

PC assembly, repair, and maintenance
Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting
Peripheral device setup
Software:
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows/Linux/MacOS
Application/software support (Office 365, antivirus, VPN, etc.)
Patch and update management
User account and permission handling (Active Directory, etc.)
Networking:
Basic IP addressing, DNS, DHCP knowledge
LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
VPN connectivity setup
Other:
Knowledge of IT asset management tools
Ticketing/helpdesk systems
Remote support tools (TeamViewer, Any Desk, RDP, etc.)
Strong problem-solving ability
Communication skills (explaining solutions to non-technical users)
