Cut, trim, and shape hair using scissors, razors, or clippers.
Style hair for everyday wear or special occasions (e.g., weddings, events).
Use blow dryers, straighteners, curlers, and other styling tools professionally.
3. Hair Coloring and Treatments
Apply hair color, highlights, lowlights, and toners safely and accurately.
Perform chemical treatments like rebonding, smoothening, perming, or keratin.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of color trends and product usage.
4. Hygiene and Safety
Sanitize all tools, combs, and workstations after every client.
Follow salon health and safety standards.
Ensure proper handling and storage of chemical products.
5. Customer Service
Provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Handle client complaints or concerns professionally.
Upsell salon products and treatments to meet client needs.
6. Administrative and Team Support
Keep appointment schedules and manage client bookings.
Maintain records of services provided.
Work as part of a salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
