Role Overview: We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product design and brand storytelling. You will support the team by designing intuitive User Interfaces (UI) while also producing high-quality Marketing Creatives that align with our brand identity.
This is an ideal role for a designer with a strong foundation who is eager to master modern workflows. We value efficiency and innovation, specifically looking for candidates who are excited to integrate AI tools into their daily design process.

. Technical Proficiency
We are looking for functional competence in the industry-standard design stack.
Figma (Essential): Must be proficient in creating clean layouts and user interfaces. You should understand how to use Auto-Layout and Components to ensure consistency and be able to create functional prototypes.
Adobe Creative Cloud:
Photoshop: Capable of high-quality photo editing, masking, and compositing.
Illustrator: Proficient in vector creation, logo work, and iconography.
InDesign or Affinity: Ability to layout multi-page documents, presentations, and PDFs.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) and advanced prototyping (Protopie) is a plus.
2. AI-Enhanced Workflows
We encourage the use of technology to streamline production. We are looking for a designer who views AI as an efficiency tool.
Generative Ideation: Experience using tools like Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Google Gemini or Adobe Firefly to rapidly generate mood boards, concepts, or assets.
Workflow Efficiency: Utilizing Photoshop Generative Fill and similar tools to expedite retouching and asset extension tasks.
Prompt Engineering: Ability to structure effective prompts (e.g., via ChatGPT) to assist with ideation, brainstorming, or generating placeholder copy that adds value to the design.
3. UI/UX Fundamentals
Attention to Detail: A strong understanding of visual hierarchy, alignment, spacing, and typography.
The Design Process: Ability to translate requirements into sketches or low-fidelity wireframes before moving to high-fidelity execution.
File Hygiene: Discipline in organizing layers and maintaining clean file structures to ensure smooth handoffs to developers and other designers.
4. Brand & Marketing Execution
Social Media Assets: Ability to design engaging graphics for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and X that align with current trends.
Performance Creative: Collaborating with the marketing team to create variations of ad creatives (A/B testing) to optimize performance.
Brand Consistency: Strictly adhering to Brand Guidelines to ensure fonts, colors, and logos are applied correctly across all touchpoints.
5. Qualifications
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant design experience (Internships, freelance work, and personal projects are accepted).
Portfolio: A link to your portfolio is required. It should demonstrate:
Competency in Web/UI design.
Examples of branding or marketing collateral.
