Job Description

Our organization is looking for a Graphic Designer who has proficiency in Photoshop- PSD Mockups to develop effective Layouts for websites and mobile apps. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. The candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts. They will be able to transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Candidate will be responsible for original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks. You will execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off. Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have both visualizing and conceptualizing skills.
• Should be able to brainstorm with team & provide creative direction.
• Designing and enhancing user interface keeping in mind the usability principles, design aesthetics and current market trend.
• Technically proficient in graphic designing, animation & other applications required.
• Develop design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy.
• Should be operationally sound and capable of handling project from brief to release.
• Co-ordination with other team members to ensure smooth flow of day to day jobs.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong Knowledge in using Design Software -Adobe,Photoshop,Illustrator,Adobe XD and Sketch.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, image selection and package design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that website renders well across multiple devices
• Basic Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, Responsive Designs, Bootstrap framework
• Must be comfortable working in an open, highly collaborative team environment.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Good Communication Skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month Schedule:
