We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with strong fundamentals and a passion for learning. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in branding, social media design, and digital creatives within a fast-paced agency environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create social media creatives, banners, and basic branding assets under senior designer guidance Assist in executing design tasks while maintaining brand consistency and visual clarity Apply creative feedback effectively to improve design quality and execution Support multiple client projects in a fast-paced agency environment Prepare design files correctly for digital and print requirements Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and accurate creatives Continuously learn new tools, styles, and design trends relevant to digital media

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience or relevant design education Basic understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy Knowledge of

CorelDRAW

(mandatory) Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Basic skills in layout, typography, and visual consistency Interest in branding, digital design, and web creatives A portfolio (academic or professional) required Strong creative thinking with the ability to solve problems and approach tasks from a fresh perspective Team-oriented mindset with dedication, self-learning attitude, and willingness to grow continuously A flexible and versatile approach to adapt across projects, tools, responsibilities, and agency workflows

Additional Information

Basic web design knowledge is a plus Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory Exposure to AI design tools will be an added advantage Ideal for candidates with fresh ideas and a positive mindset
