Meg World Technologies is an IT & BPO company based in Chennai. We work on websites, software, digital marketing, and outsourcing projects for clients in India and overseas. We are growing our creative team and looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and build a career with us.
We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and marketing activities.
You will be working on:
Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Posters, flyers, brochures, banners
Branding materials for our IT & BPO services
Basic marketing and presentation designs
For the first 3 months, you will be in a training/probation period with salary. After successful completion and based on performance, your role and salary will be revised.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives based on briefs from the marketing/management team
Adapt designs for different platforms and sizes
Support branding and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with digital marketing and IT teams
Required Skills
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate)
Knowledge of CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator (any one is enough)
Basic understanding of layout, color, fonts, and alignment
Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Freshers are welcome - portfolio or sample work is an added advantage

Any degree / diploma - field not restricted
Strong interest in graphic design and visual communication
