Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong creative mindset and leadership potential to assist in managing design projects and collaborating closely with the business head.

Responsibilities

:

Understand client briefs & brand requirements and translate them into creative design solutions. Collaborate with the Business Head to create requirements and design directions for each project. Translate marketing and branding requirements into highly engaging and visually attractive designs. Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and best practices in graphic design. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for design and visual storytelling. Present ideas confidently and participate in internal/client pitches. Multitask efficiently and adapt to different tones of communication based on brand and audience. Show high attention to detail and a commitment to design accuracy. Accept and apply constructive feedback from peers and clients. Be self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new tools and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator CorelDRAW

Design & Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Color Theory, Proportions, Layouts, and Communication Design Proficient in working with Graphics, Illustrations & Vectors Basic UI/UX design skills Experience with mock-ups, web design, and multimedia presentation Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus Adaptive design sensibility with an eye for visual detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
