Role: Junior Graphic Designer

Working in true collaboration with our client, we have one goal in mind: 'to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective needs based content and digital media campaigns'.
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about animation and graphic design, eager to learn, and looking to contribute to a diverse range of digital media projects. The Junior Motion Graphics Designer will collaborate with senior designers and other team members to create engaging visual content for various channels.
What you will be doing:

• Assist in creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of media including web, television, and social media.
• Support the development of storyboards and design concept sketches.
• Work closely with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and production to ensure cohesive delivery of final projects.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and updates.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from Senior Motion Graphics Designers and clients to improve design and animation work.
• Assist in editing and refining motion graphics projects to enhance their visual appeal and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

What you need to be great in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design or related field (internships and freelance work considered).
• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital animation and motion design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Basic understanding of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
• Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
