Role Overview

We are looking for

creative and passionate Junior Graphic Designers

who can visually communicate social causes and support our awareness and outreach campaigns through engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for

social media, print materials, awareness campaigns, and events

Create posters, brochures, banners, infographics, newsletters, letterheads, and digital creatives aligned with NGO themes Collaborate with the

Communication & Awareness team

to translate campaign ideas into impactful visuals Edit photos and basic videos for

reels, promos, campaign highlights, and events

Maintain

brand consistency

across all design deliverables Manage multiple design tasks and meet timelines Contribute creative ideas for

awareness campaigns and community programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience

as a Graphic Designer (NGO experience is a plus, not mandatory) Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva

, or similar tools Good sense of

design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Strong attention to detail and creativity with purpose
