Wild Glow Cosmetics is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity and bring trend-driven K-beauty aesthetics to life across digital and print platforms. If you're passionate about creative storytelling, branding, and high-impact design--this is your place! ?

Role Overview

You will shape the visual language of Wild Glow Cosmetics, working across campaigns, launches, retail marketing, digital communication, influencer content, and more. Expect a high-ownership, creatively driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create digital assets for launches, campaigns, ads, social media, emails, and web banners Design print collaterals including brochures, packaging mockups, POS materials, event branding & merchandise Maintain and enhance brand identity systems Retouch product visuals + support photoshoot planning Prepare optimized creatives for web & mobile Manage multiple projects & deadlines independently Support influencer/marketing design needs Stay updated with K-beauty, beauty, and lifestyle trends

Required Skills

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Must Have) Digital + Print design expertise Strong typography, color, and layout skills Motion graphics familiarity (After Effects/Premiere Pro preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating brand & campaign design

Preferred Qualifications

Beauty/cosmetics/lifestyle industry experience Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication UI/UX & web design basics (Figma/Sketch knowledge)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Have you worked in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, fashion, or similar consumer brands? Are you highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign? Are you comfortable working onsite in Andheri West, Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM? Have you worked on digital + print design (social media, packaging, ads, banners, brochures, etc.)? Have you created motion graphics or video edits using After Effects/Premiere Pro? Are you able to join immediately or within 7 days if selected? Do you have a minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience as a Graphic Designer (not freelance only)? Have you worked in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle, or fashion brands where branding + campaign design was your main role? Do you have hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign -- not basic or intermediate? Do you have proven experience designing brand campaigns, social creatives, packaging mockups, website banners & digital ads?
