Job Description

Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print (brochures, ads, packaging) and digital platforms (web, social media, email campaigns) Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, on-brand visuals Translate design briefs into creative ideas and draft mockups, then refine based on feedback Ensure consistency of brand identity and style guidelines across all deliverables Prepare files for production or publishing--ensuring correct formats, color profiles, and quality Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and design software capabilities

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or comparable work experience) Proven experience through a portfolio showcasing skills in layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

Creative & Soft Skills

Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving Excellent communication and ability to interpret briefs and feedback Effective time management: juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Adaptability and openness to critique--willing to iterate and refine designs
