Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic

Junior Graphic Designer

with less than one year of experience to join our Marketing & Creative Team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a flair for aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content. This role provides an excellent learning opportunity for fresh talents looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and presentations. Support in creating visual content for branding, events, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creative outputs. Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other visual elements when required. Ensure brand consistency across all graphical elements. Stay updated with design trends and apply fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. Good understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Portfolio of previous design work (academic or freelance projects acceptable).

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva video templates) Social media content design experience Knowledge of Canva or similar tools

Education

Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
