Key Responsibilities:

Create and design graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, print materials, advertisements, presentations, and more. Develop brand identity and visual assets including logos, typography, and colour schemes. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand standards. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Revise and update designs based on feedback from team members. Prepare design files for final production and ensure they meet specifications for different formats (e.g., web, print, etc.). Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
Core Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar design software. Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, colour theory, and composition. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take and apply feedback effectively. A passion for creativity and a drive to produce visually stunning work.
