Selected designer's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels for Instagram and Meta Ads.
Design engaging ad creatives that align with campaign goals and target audiences.
Collaborate with the marketing and copywriting teams to ensure consistent brand identity.
Adapt and optimize designs for multiple formats (feed, stories, carousel, reels).
Keep up with current design trends and platform-specific creative best practices.
Maintain organized project files and deliver creatives on tight deadlines.
Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance through creative strategy.
Strong visual sense and understanding of social media aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of ad design principles (CTR-focused visuals, text hierarchy, color psychology).
Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
