Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with senior designers and other departments to create visual concepts that communicate ideas, engage audiences, and elevate our brand identity. You will work on a variety of design projects, including digital and print media, and gain valuable hands-on experience while developing your skills in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, websites, social media content, and more. Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Collaborate with senior designers to refine designs and ensure high-quality production. Create mock-ups, prototypes, and layouts for internal and external presentations. Maintain consistency in design across various platforms and materials. Support the design team with various design tasks, including image editing, file preparation, and asset organization. Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and best practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for design projects.

Requirements:

A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PREMIERE PRO, ANIMATE, CorelDraw, etc.). Basic understanding of web design principles, and design for social media. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects (personal or professional). Ability to take direction and feedback and implement changes effectively. A passion for design and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with brand strategy and design systems.
