The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs and brand-aligned creatives that effectively communicate the company's messaging and support marketing and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other print materials.
Create visually consistent designs for internal and external communications in line with brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Edit, enhance, and optimize images, layouts, and design templates.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting project deadlines.
Maintain uniformity and brand consistency across all design projects.
Qualification & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
Portfolio submission is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design tools.
Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Ability to design both digital and print-ready creatives.
Soft Skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
