Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and detail, who will primarily focus on presentation design (80%) and support graphic design (20%) needs. This role involves creating visually engaging and brand-aligned presentations, along with occasional support for marketing and design assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, design, and enhance PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations for internal and client-facing purposes. Transform data and content into visually appealing, easy-to-understand slides. Ensure design consistency and alignment with company branding and style guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to understand presentation objectives and translate ideas into effective visuals. Design custom graphics, infographics, and icons for use within presentations. Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines. Support marketing and social media design requirements (posts, reels, thumbnails, etc.). Assist in creating digital and print collaterals such as event graphics. Edit and retouch images when needed. Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in presentation or graphic design. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong sense of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines. Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple visual formats.
