What You'll Do

As a Junior Graphic Designer - Digital, you will:


Design digital creatives, social media posts, banners, and campaign assets. Work with the creative team to translate concepts into eye-catching visuals. Adapt designs for multiple digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Assist in creating motion graphics, GIFs, and video edits when required. Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent, and delivered on time. Stay updated on digital design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table. #

What We Want

We are looking for someone who:


Has 1-2 years of experience in digital design (agency experience preferred). Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools. Possesses a good sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout. Is detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Is eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Believes in collaboration and aligns with Tempest's core values. #
